When choosing a company what's more important for me is if that company is the "best fit" for me and not so much the other way around because I don't control over determining that. You would have not been asked to interview if there wasn't something about you/your skills/experience/background that led them to believe that you may have what they need! I need to make sure that this is a company where I will continue to grow. I believe that if I put forth 150% so should the company I work for. If you are not learning or growing with that company, it won't matter how much money you make or what your title is, you will still be miserable. You just need to know what you want in your workplace. I could continue, but I may sound as if I'm on my "high horse". This just my humble opinion!
